Dr. Patrick Wu

Dr. Patrick Wu graduated in 2009 with top honours from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, one of the three Ivy League dental schools in the United States.

He practiced in Greater New York and New Jersey for four years prior to returning to his beloved hometown of Vancouver, BC in 2012. He has developed extraordinary skills in treating patients of all ages and needs. Please check out our [services page] to see the comprehensive list of services provided by Dr. Patrick Wu. Dr. Wu has special interest in children’s dentistry, dental implants and orthodontics. He has vast experience in treating children and people with special needs, serves the position of clinical instructor at the UBC children’s dental clinic, holds the honour of associate fellowship from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is an active member of three orthodontic clubs in Canada.

Dr. Patrick Wu enjoys sports and various activities with his wife Greta and two sons. On a warm sunny day, you might spot the foursome cycling on the dyke in Richmond, kicking the soccer ball at Minoru Park, or playing and picnicking at Terra Nova. When there is snow on the North Shore mountains, you can expect to see them sliding down the hills on a good day. In contrary to their active lifestyle, the boys like to read some good books with their parents in the evening. Spending time together is what they value the most.

Dedication, sincerity, and patience is the motto Dr. Wu lives by. He listens attentively, understands patients’ needs and connects with patients of all ages and ethnicities. Our patients are treated like our own family members. You can always count on us for honest opinions, quality treatment and fair professional fees.

Dr. Wu is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin to better serve you.
